I look forward to making an appearance at your workshop. I will be the one drifting by in a canoe wearing only a "Viking Helmet" as I stand on the bow holding a lantern.

I would like to offer you the opportunity to use my body as advertising space for only $500 for the day. For another $250, you and your guests can fire bottle rockets at me from the bank as I drift by. For safety reasons I will need to wear protective eye goggles. Otherwise, I will still be naked as promised.

Love Always,
Partain

Some post you just have to publish.
Partain was my neighbor at my old house for years. I met him the day that I came to look at the house in 1987. I left my lights on in the car and the battery went dead. While I was standing in the rain with my hood up, I saw the school bus heading down the road. Off gets this goofey looking 14 year old kid. I asked if his dad had any jumper cables and the rest is history. My wife and I just about adopted him and anytime he smelled the grill firing up, he would some how show up right about the time the ribs were done. You never knew who he would have with him. Sometimes it would be Pam his girlfriend (And now wife) other times it would be his high school buddies. Several of them would go on to be in the band Colective Soul and shot pool at my house all the time. When I got married (Again) Partain intertained my wedding guests with crazy stories of fireworks and go cart rides at 3 am. Always ending with the comment about me as " You know, he raised me from a pup" He got his sence of humor from me, and I don't know if that is a good thing, I am sure I will have to bail him out of jail one day.
If you want to advertise on Partains chest, just make the check out to him and he will put it in the college fund that he just started for his 2 year old son. I hope his little one turns out like his mother.

dang, sorry I missed "anonymous's" post until now...I might've changed my schedule to shoot bottle rockets at him!

Hope it went well.

Do you have this program recorded on DVD? I wish I could have attended - very interested in the topic.

Sorry Kelly,
We did not tape this one. It is a good thing too. The class was supposed to be around 6 hours but went 8 1/2 There was just so much to cover and all the class members and I discussed a lot of stuff. Everyone there was already a working photographer, so I thought it a little strange that they even came to a class with that title.
Most questions were about marketing and pricing. I do private classes and small calsses at my office. If you are interested give me a call at 770-355-9644 or e mail at scott@scottevans.com
