Watching the Eclipse

This image was taken while my son was sitting down by the lake at the fire pit waiting for the eclipse to start tonight.

Exposure was 25 seconds at f 8 ASA/ISO 400

I liked it so I thought I would share it.

OMGOODNESS! Scott!! How are you doing?? This is the most incredible shot ever BTW!!! It's so good to hear from you...I'm thinking back to a party at your house after I graduated...oh dear, I was a fool wasn't I?? You guys were always so sweet!

Your photography is just gorgeous! My second son loves it too and is quite good, I wish he could figure out a way to make a living from it.

Thank you so much for the offer. If you saw these photos, Scott, they are tee tiny like from a photo booth or something. They might measure around 2" x 2". I would love that and then I could post them again all beautiful!!

Hope you are doing good. I've been married 27 years this Friday to the same man! We have five sons (whew) and I guess you've read my blog....It really is so nice to hear from you, take care! Dawn

Scott,

What a quiet, enchanting photograph. It was the first thing I noticed when I landed on your blog. Thanks for sharing it :)
